WOOTD JULIET Workout

 

Level 1-3

Warm-Up – Mountain Climber – 30 sec, Line Jumps – 30 sec, Crunches – 30 sec x 3

Circuit  – Do all 6 exercises, rest, then repeat

 

  1. Kettlebell Swing – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  2. 45 Degree Row – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  3. V – Crunch – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  4. Frog Leap – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  5. Sumo Squat – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  6. Side Plank – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest

 

 

Level 4-6

Warm-Up – Mountain Climber – 30 sec, Line Jumps – 30 sec, Jump Rope – 30 sec x 3

Circuit – Do all 6 exercises, rest, then repeat

 

  1. Box Jumps – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  2. Russian Twist w/ Weight – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  3. Abs – Stability Ball Push Out – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  4. Bear Crawl – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  5. Jumping Lunges – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  6. Inchworms – 1 min – 20 sec rest
