WOOTD INDIA Workout

 

Level 0-3

Warm-Up – Jump Rope – 30 sec, Planks – 30 sec x 6

Circuit  – Do all 6 exercises, rest, then repeat

  1. Single Kettlebell Clean – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  2. Single Leg Deadlift – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  3. Flutter Kicks w/ Kettlebell Overhead – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  4. Inchworm – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  5. Single Kettlebell Row – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  6. Bowing Crunch – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest

 

 

Level 4-6

Warm-Up – Jump Rope – 30 sec, Planks – 30 sec x 6

Circuit – Do all 6 exercises, rest, then repeat

  1. Squat Thrust – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  2. Renegade Row– 1 min – 20 sec rest
  3. 3 Point Knee Tuck – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  4. Single Leg Deadlift – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  5. Seal Jacks w/ Weight – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  6. Crunch w/ Feet Elevated – 1 min – 20 sec rest
