Circuit  – 30 min – TABATA

  1. Mountain Climber – 20 sec on – 10 sec rest x 8
  2. Sit-Ups – 20 sec on – 10 sec rest x 8
  3. Jump Rope – 20 sec on – 10 sec rest x 8
  4. Plank – 20 sec on – 10 sec rest x 8
  5. Squat Thrust – 20 sec on – 10 sec rest x 8
  6. Seal Jacks – 20 sec on – 10 sec rest x 8

 

 

Level 4-6

Circuit  – 30 min – TABATA

  1. Double Kettlebell Snatch – 20 sec on – 10 sec rest x 8
  2. Burpee – 20 sec on – 10 sec rest x 8
  3. Hanging Knee Raise – 20 sec on – 10 sec rest x 8
  4. Single Leg Box Jump – 20 sec on – 10 sec rest x 8
  5. Double Kettlebell Swing – 20 sec on – 10 sec rest x 8
  6. Weighted Leg Lifts – 20 sec on – 10 sec rest x 8
