WOOTD GOLF Workout

 

Level 0-3

Warm-Up – Kettlebell Swing – 30 sec, Line Jumps – 30 sec x 6

Circuit  – Do all 6 exercises, rest, then repeat

 

  1. Jump Rope – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  2. Dumbbell Rear Delts – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  3. Leg Lifts – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  4. Kettlebell Swing – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  5. Bridge – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  6. Plank – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest

 

 

Level 4-6

Warm-Up – Kettlebell Swing – 30 sec, Line Jumps – 30 sec x 6

Circuit – Do all 6 exercises, rest, then repeat

 

  1. Single Leg Jump Rope – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  2. Suicides – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  3. Plank Walk Up – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  4. Kettlebell Swing  – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  5. Fireflies w/ Push-Ups – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  6. Russian Twist – 1 min – 20 sec rest
