WOOTD FOXTROT Workout

 

Level 0-3

Warm-Up – Squat Thrust – 30 sec, Bicycle Crunches – 30 sec x 6

Circuit  – Do all 6 exercises, rest, then repeat

 

  1. Deadlifts – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  2. Stability Ball Crunch – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  3. TRX Tricep Extension – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  4. Single Leg Hip Lift – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  5. Flutter Kicks – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  6. Bent Over Row – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest

 

 

Level 4-6

Warm-Up – Squat Thrust – 30 sec, Bicycle Crunches – 30 sec x 6

Circuit – Do all 6 exercises, rest, then repeat

 

  1. Single Leg Deadlift – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  2. Single Leg Stability Ball Crunch – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  3. TRX Tricep Extension – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  4. Weighted Leg Lifts – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  5. Flutter Kicks  w/ Kettlebell Overhead – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  6. Pull-Ups – 1 min – 20 sec rest
