WOOTD CHARLIE Workout

 

Level 1-3

Warm-Up – Seal Jacks – 30 sec, Mountain Climber – 30 sec, Burpee – 30 sec x 3

Circuit  – Do all 6 exercises, rest, then repeat

 

  1. Bench Dips w/ Feet Elevated – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  2. Double Kettlebell Clean – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  3. Side Plank – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  4. Side Lunges – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  5. Frog Leap – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest
  6. Russian Twist – 45 sec on – 20 sec rest

 

 

Level 4-6

Warm-Up – Seal Jacks – 30 sec, Mountain Climber – 30 sec, Burpee – 30 sec x 3

Circuit – Do all 6 exercises, rest, then repeat

 

  1. Pull-Ups – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  2. Single Leg Jump Rope – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  3. Kettlebell Sit-Ups – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  4. Single Leg Deadlift – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  5. Kettlebell Double Swing, Snatch, Press, Squat – 1 min – 20 sec rest
  6. Plank w/ Alternating Foot Lift – 1 min – 20 sec rest
